  • 2025 HOA Annual Assessments
    • Gated: $1,439
    • Ungated: $1,239
  • Tax Rate: 1.940% (2021 tax rate)
  • If you live in a gated section, be sure to visit our Vehicle Entry Gates & Callboxes page.
  • The pool schedule and locations can be found on the Pool pages (under Amenities). 
  • Answers to general community questions can be found on the FAQ page (under Information).
  • Need to know where something is?  You can look it up on the Community Maps page (under Community). 
  • Information about making modifications, additions, or alterations to your home can be found on the Home Improvements page (under Information).  Remember - do not start modifications until you have received approval!
  • Information about tennis is located on the Tennis page (under Amenities).
  • Stone Gate is a part of Cypress Fairbanks (CyFair) ISD.  If you're unsure as to which school your home is zoned for within the district, use the CyFair ISD Attendance Map to locate your schools.

Please refer to the Documents section to familiarize yourself with the HOA's guidelines. Some of the most common mistakes that new homeowners make are:
  • Parking in the street when not allowed (Click Here to see a copy of the SG HOA Parking Policy)
  • Parking commercial vehicles inside the community
  • Not placing your trash cans inside your garage
  • Forgetting to cut your grass regularly
  • Not pulling weeds in your flower beds
  • Not putting in an Architectural Control Application before you make modifications to the exterior of your home
