Community Manager
 
We’re excited to welcome Valerie Bir as our new Community Manager! With a bachelor's degree in business and CMCA and AMS certifications, Valerie has been a dedicated leader in community management since 2015. 
 
Specializing in large-scale, onsite management, she brings a keen eye for detail, strong fiscal responsibility, and a customer-focused approach. Valerie is passionate about maintaining vibrant and well-managed communities and wants to ensure residents feel supported, heard, and empowered. 
 
Recognized as "Newcomer Manager of the Year" by CAI’s Greater Houston chapter in 2019, she stays up to date on industry best practices to provide innovative solutions. Outside of work, Valerie enjoys knitting, reading, and spending time with her family. 
Cecilia Brown
Assistant Community Manager
 
We’re excited to welcome Cecilia Brown as the new Assistant Community Manager for Stone Gate! With over seven years of experience in property management, she brings expertise in leasing, budgeting, vendor relations, and property operations. 
 
Building on her strong background in maintenance coordination and capital improvements, Cecilia is expanding her focus to large-scale community management. Passionate about creating vibrant, well-maintained neighborhoods, she is dedicated to providing exceptional service to both residents and property owners. 
 
Known for her professionalism and approachable nature, Cecilia excels at clear communication and relationship-building. Her commitment to enhancing the resident experience and adding long-term value makes her a fantastic addition to the Stone Gate team!

We’re thrilled to welcome Carolina Villanueva as our new Community Standards Coordinator! With two years of experience in community standards, Carolina brings strong communication and problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to serving others. 
 
Passionate about creating safe and supportive environments, she is committed to ensuring residents feel heard, respected, and valued. Guided by the principles of Integrity, Respect, Service, and Community, Carolina strives to foster clear communication, mutual understanding, and a strong sense of belonging.
