Fitness Center Access Acknowledgement
**If the waiver is not completed, access will be denied at the time of entry. Only one signed waiver is required per property, and tenants are permitted to complete the waiver on behalf of the property.
Eligibility & Access
Access to the Facility is by keycard or key fob only and may be suspended or revoked for rule violations and delinquent account balances. I am responsible for the conduct of household members, and anyone I give amenity access to. I am responsible for all damage caused by anyone entering with my access device. Lost or stolen devices must be reported immediately.
Rules Acknowledgment
I understand the Association may adopt or amend Facility Rules. I acknowledge I have reviewed and agree to comply with the Fitness Center Rules, available at www.stonegatetxhoa.com. Violations of the rules (by me or my guests) may result in suspension of amenity privileges and enforcement actions permitted under the S-G Owners Association governing documents. I agree to review posted rule updates periodically.
Camera Notice
Security cameras are present and may be monitored in real-time. Video footage will be used for rule enforcement, incident review, and security documentation.
Age Restrictions (Mandatory)
No one under age 10 may enter the Fitness Center. Minors 11–15 may only use the Facility as allowed under the Facility Rules and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. I agree to enforce these restrictions for all household members and guests.
Use at Own Risk
I understand that use of the Facility involves inherent risks. I am responsible for ensuring I and my guests are physically able to use the Facility and will stop using equipment if I observe unsafe conditions. I will report hazards or equipment issues promptly, in writing, to the management team or after-hours hotline.
Indemnification & Hold Harmless
I am responsible for safe equipment use and for supervising minors I bring into the Facility. I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Association from claims arising out of my use or my household’s/guests’ use of the Facility, except to the extent caused by the Association’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
