Resident Requests
Amenity Cards and Key Fobs
All households are limited to 3 access cards or key fobs. Only accounts in good standing may purchase new access cards or key fobs.
Access cards are $10 each, and key fobs are $15 each. These are available to purchase at the clubhouse Monday-Friday from 8AM to 5PM.
At this time, we are only accepting personal checks or cashier's checks.
Checks should be made out to S-G Owners Association, Inc. NO cash or money orders.
If these are lost or stolen, you will be charged a $5 replacement fee in addition to the new access card or key fob purchase.
Transcore Stickers
Transcore stickers are now available to purchase for $25 each by check. As a reminder, only Stone Gate homeowners and renters may purchase Transcore stickers. **PLEASE ATTACH PROOF OF INSURANCE BELOW TO RECEIVE A TRANSCORE STICKER.**
Checks should be made out to S-G Owners Association through personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders. NO cash or NO debit/credit cards.
Please note: Your Request will be ready within 24-48hrs and you will be contacted when it is available for pick up at the Clubhouse with Check or Cashier Check ready to pay.
By accepting these items, the resident acknowledges and agrees to the associated costs and assumes full responsibility for their proper use, including any use by household members or guests.
